Additional Information
Additional information is not available about any cover. In exchange for low prices, we must limit to the amount of information we provide about a cover. We will be unable to send additional scans, provide information not viewable in the scan, or comment on the condition. That said, we cannot supply perfect covers. The covers on offer will satisfy 98% of all collectors. What you see is what you get. If you are in anyway uncertain if a cover is to your liking, please do not order it.

Minimum Order
Minimum order is $10.00. This is firm and absolute. Don't ask.

Shipping

Shipping is by first class mail within the U.S. or by air mail outside the U.S.

All shipments are covered by private insurance. Should an order fail to be delivered, you will receive a full refund.

Returns
Returns are discouraged. Covers are not sent on approval. If you are uncertain about a cover, then do not buy it.

If you are completely unhappy with your covers, you may return an entire order for a refund. Please understand that if you choose this option, no further orders will be accepted.

If you must return part of an order, you will receive a credit memo subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the return will bring the net purchase from the order to less than $10.00, the partial return will not be accepted. In this case you must return the entire order. The credit memo will be mailed to you. I will not retain any record of it. It will be your responsibility to submit it in payment for a future order. If in the estimation of Discount Covers, your level of returns is excessive, no further orders will be accepted.

Credit memos may be redeemed for money within one year of the date of issue for a 50% discount. A $5.00 credit memo will receive $2.50.

An effort has been made to weed out covers with defects, especially hidden defects. That said, our screening is not perfect. Occasionally a defective cover will slip through. This does not alter the return policy. If an occasional fault would be a problem for you, then please do not order.

Payment Methods
All orders must be prepaid.

We accept U.S. dollar checks or money orders payable through a U.S bank.

We accept cash, U.S. Dollars are preferred, but also Canadian Dollars, British Pounds or Euros at the appropriate exchange rate.

If you choose to send in your payment, the covers will be held for you for 30 days. This is enough time for payment to reach us from anywhere in the world if you mail the payment promptly.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express via our secure server.

We accept Moneybookers to jimforte@postalhistory.com with a $2.00 fee.

Online payments will result in immediate shipment of your order.
